Projects

PhunkyFoods

Founder of PhunkyFoods, a UK-wide food education programme launched from a standing start and scaled to reach 20,000+ children nationally—and still running today. I led the creation of the first food industry consortium of its kind, navigating government, education, NGOs, and major corporates to turn complex systems into practical, measurable impact. This work set the benchmark for how cross-sector collaboration can deliver real-world change at scale.

MyToothy

Building on proven models from PhunkyFoods, MyToothy applies best practice in behaviour change, education, and stakeholder engagement to tackle the childhood dental health epidemic. The project translates policy, research, and frontline insight into simple, actionable tools that support families, schools, and communities—bridging the gap between awareness and lasting habit change.

I Do Abroad

I Do Abroad brings together my strengths in business development, partnerships, and content-led growth to create an editorial and influencer-driven destination wedding platform. It connects UK couples with dream destinations and hidden global gems, while giving hotels and venues a direct route to UK customers, backed by tangible reporting, visibility, and conversion—bridging inspiration and commercial performance in one place.

Accolades

Business in the Community Power in Partnership in Partenership

PhunkyFoods is a prime example of a business that leverages its community power through partnerships to enhance public health initiatives. By collaborating with corporate sponsors and leveraging their Corporate Responsibility (CR) and/or ESG budgets, PhunkyFoods offers schools a sustainable solution to deliver healthy eating and physical activity messages. This partnership approach not only provides cost-effective solutions for schools but also empowers them to lobby for additional funding streams to invest in vital healthy lifestyles programs. The collaboration with Nestlé, which funds schools as part of its global Healthy Kids initiative, further demonstrates the power of community partnerships in driving positive outcomes for both the community and the business.
